Trust is a medium for building interpersonal and business relations because it is crucial wherever risk, uncertainty, or interdependence exist. These factors are present in, for example, the financial services market. Trust is guidepost to clients who lack the time and specialized knowledge to fully grasp the unclear financial services market. A major benefit of trust is that the effort required for control and information can be minimized. By using the Post Bank of Poland as an example, this article attempts to analyse the methods and effects of utilising the trust transitivity in customer relationship management. The findings of this study showed that the Post Bank improved financial results and gained more clients year by year by offering simple services tailored to their needs and abilities.
