The goal of the project is to develop an innovative solution for the technology of producing the anatomicallymatched hybrid ballistic panels of fibrous materials, including the modified ones, with various processing parameters, in a single-stage process of thermal molding. The project path will be followed across three areas: (1) Modelling the ballistic plates designed to minimise physiological effects of impact - the product area (concept of a product form); (2) Providing a durable joining of fibrous ballistic materials characterised by various processing parameters, which are responsible for the expected usage properties, during a one-stage process (the process area), by the means of: developing a series of nano- or micro-layers on the surface of fibrous ballistic materials (the interlayers) and/or homogeneous ballistic composites that allow for durable joining various fibrous materials with the use of atmospheric plasma as well as forming a variety of fibrous hybrid compositions; developing and producing a demonstrative technological line, that will enable the manufacture of hybrid ballistic panels made of fibrous ballistic materials with various processing parameters in a singlestage process of thermal moulding; (3) Material screening (materials area), consisting in the selection of the following fibrous ballistic materials
